Grammy Awards winner Terrance Simien and the Zydeco Experience will headline the third annual Foot of the Hills Fest outdoor music and art festival. Additional bands will perform, artists from the PHCC School of Craft and Design will demonstrate their crafts, and handmade arts and crafts will be offered for sale. Cajun style cuisine and other food and beverage are available for purchase.
